Job Description:

We are looking for a designer to sketch and create prototypes that assess the viability of the team’s ideas. The role involves influencing the vision for scaling Indeed Flex, identifying new opportunities for user impact, collaborating with various disciplines, and helping raise the bar on design quality.

Requirements:

- 3-4+ years of design experience with a documented design process

- Experience with Android/iOS native platforms

- Track record of creating easy-to-comprehend solutions for complex user problems

- Interest in co-creation of new products and systems beyond websites

- Comfortable providing direction in evolving environments

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication skills in design work and rationale

- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0, experience with AA standards a plus

- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for design and prototyping

- Organized, responsible, able to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs quickly
