Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Producer to join our team. As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality content. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

• Manage all aspects of production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and post-production coordination
• Collaborate with clients, directors, and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute projects
• Coordinate and oversee all production activities, including scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, and equipment rental
• Direct and supervise the work of crew members during shoots to ensure the desired outcome is achieved
• Edit and refine footage to create compelling final products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production
• Manage social media platforms and engage with audiences to promote content
• Conduct technical writing for scripts, storyboards, and other production-related documents

Requirements

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere

- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into creative concepts

- Strong social media management skills

- Excellent technical writing and communication abilities

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Ability to edit and write scripts effectively

- Experience in video production or related field
