Job Description

Elevate and differentiate the John Deere brand through world-class storytelling. Touch on various subjects, creating assets and editing stories to promote equipment, share customer stories, and enhance the brand’s legacy. Collaborate closely with internal clients, stakeholders, and outside agency partners throughout the editing process. Assist in curating, cutting down, and cataloging clips for the internal video library. Occasionally assist in shoots in-studio and in-field, running grip and operating video equipment.

Requirements

4-year University Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 5-7 years of video editing experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Knowledge of professional cinema camera equipment and video camera file formats. Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic audio editing. Physical ability to handle demanding tasks and to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, follow direction, and produce content that effectively captures the intended story or purpose.

Additional Information

Must relocate to East Moline, IL. Pay is $25.00 per hour for a contract position with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Remote work is not available for this position.
