Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using content management systems to create and design webpages, organize information architecture, oversee user permissions, manage volatility, and maintain usability and design of digital products. They will also create wireframes and mock-ups for digital products, conduct user research and testing, and assess feasibility of digital solutions through consultation. Collaboration in an agile multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Requirements
1. Experience using content management systems for webpage creation and design, information architecture, user permission management, and usability and design maintenance.
2. Ability to create wireframes and mock-ups for digital products that meet government design processes and standards.
3. Proficiency in various user research and testing methodologies to inform the design of digital products at all stages of the lifecycle.
4. Demonstrated experience in assessing feasibility of digital solutions through collaboration and negotiation with development teams.
5. Proven ability to work collaboratively in an agile multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
