Job Description

The Miami HEAT is hiring for a part-time Junior Graphic Designer position to assist in all things creative and support the HEAT design team. The role involves designing for print and interactive media while maintaining brand identity consistency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, a minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. They should have a solid understanding of design principles, experience in web design, print, and packaging, and the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an agency or in-house creative team
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory, patterns, and other design principles
• Experience in web design, print, and packaging
• Demonstrated ability to work with brand/visual elements across various mediums
• Ability to self-manage projects and meet deadlines
