Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for developing and driving the AI/ML strategy, overseeing project development, and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the AI/ML strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Oversee end-to-end AI/ML projects
• Stay current on AI/ML technologies and methodologies
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Lead the resolution of technical challenges
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models

Qualifications

• Graduated in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development with leadership roles
• Proficient in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of software engineering principles

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
