Responsibilities include collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping tasks. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Support production tasks in areas like collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
- Adhere to safe working practices in a factory setting.
- Provide support to supervisors and leads.
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Skills/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced industrial environment preferred.
- Consistent ability to meet production targets.
- Strong understanding of written and oral instructions.
- Adaptable and motivated to learn new skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work in a moderately loud environment.
- Able to grasp, reach, and stoop.
- Color quality discernment and product inspection.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
