Job Description
HSDC is seeking a reliable and caring Technician to work with the Graphics & Fine Art team in the College’s Art department. Responsibilities include providing technical support to staff and students, organizing daily activities within the learning environment, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements
- Relevant industrial/subject experience
- Experience in ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Working knowledge of the relevant curriculum area
- Understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- A Level 2 qualification in the relevant subject area or industry experience (desirable)
- Technical qualification in the relevant subject area (desirable)
Additional Information
The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and fixed-term until August 2025 or the return of the substantive postholder. A salary of Grade 3 Spine Point 10 (£22,293.34) is offered.
