Job Description

A great opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for leading the production of design elements ensuring quality, timely project delivery, and excellence in creativity. This role calls for creativity, organization, communication, and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and interpret them into creative design concepts
  • Efficiently manage multiple design projects concurrently
  • Monitor and ensure consistency across all design elements to adhere to design standards
  • Create engaging e-learning materials and utilize Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in e-learning and graphic design
  • Take ownership of design challenges as well as supporting colleagues
  • Identify trends in design practices recording and escalating findings appropriately

Requirements

  • Proactively takes on projects and embraces challenges
  • High level of organization skills
  • Works effectively as a team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage time effectively meeting deadlines

Education

A qualification in Graphic Design or similar is desirable

Experience

  • Proficiency in the full Adobe CC suite, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role or similar, ideally within the Learning and Development industry
  • Experience collaborating with other Graphic Designers
  • Proven track record of high-quality graphics
