Job Description

Rutgers University is seeking an Application Developer II to provide analytical and programming support for Financial Aid/Enrollment management and other university offices. This role involves system administration for the Oracle Student Financial Planning environment.

• Manage system upgrades and testing in OSFP environments
• Perform basic administrative functions and assist with user training
• Collaborate on development requirements and new development requests
• Assist with process establishment and change management activities

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in web and database applications using Java
• 3 years of relevant experience in ETL processes using PL/SQL

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with SQL database technologies (Oracle) and APIs
• Ability to work with ETL and Reporting tools
• Strong deadline management and prioritization skills
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud best practices and functionality

• Salary Range: $85,909 - $123,261 annually
