Job Description

We are seeking a Python Developer with experience in the media industry to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance our media-related products and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing, developing, testing, and deploying Python applications, implementing algorithms for media file handling, optimizing software performance, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Knowledge of database systems like SQL and NoSQL
• Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django REST Framework or Flask-RESTful
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks/libraries like React or Angular
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and debugging tools
• Knowledge of deployment processes, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Understanding of data analysis techniques using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Plotly
• Awareness of security principles and best practices for securing web applications, APIs, and data storage

• Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
