Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Freelance Videographer to join our team at Emerald Green Media Ltd in Belfast. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for creating inspiring travel and culture videos for our websites Ireland Before You Die and Meanwhile in Ireland. This role involves travelling to different destinations around Ireland, editing videos, collaborating with the team to come up with unique ideas, and working towards improving the content strategy.

Requirements

Essential criteria for the role include the ability to commute to Belfast regularly, possessing your own equipment for video production, being a graduate or student of Film Studies or having at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in editing software like Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro, having a driving license, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. Candidates must also have a strong portfolio of previous work, a good sense of humour, and a willingness to work long hours as needed.

Other Information

• This is a part-time freelance position with a minimum of 21 hours per week.
• The hourly rate for this role is £15 with opportunities for performance bonuses.
