Job Description

A leading, global architecture practice is seeking a Senior Designer to lead in the design of experiential, branded, and immersive spaces across high-profile projects. This role can be done as a fixed-term contract (up to 12 months) or as a freelancer. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and implementation of the brand strategy
• Effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design needs and ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Create and refine visual elements of branded areas and develop compelling branded storytelling
• Develop and maintain project guidelines for consistent application across all outputs
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance
• Oversee the quality of work produced by the design team
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a unified approach to brand and design projects

Requirements

Key skills required:

• Experience as a senior designer on experiential projects with expertise in brand activation
• Experience in large-scale projects in architecture and spatial design
• Understanding of user behavior in complex environments
• Exceptional graphic design skills focusing on information and user-centric design
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to present concepts and strategies to stakeholders
• Degree in graphic design, information design, or related field
