Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency team, handling both print and digital projects for clients. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with software like WordPress, Dropbox, and various social media platforms. They must possess strong English grammar skills, with Spanish as a plus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within deadlines and collaborate with the team.

The role involves creating social media content, coding for email campaigns, working on holiday decor designs, collaborating with the marketing team, incorporating motion graphics, ensuring brand consistency, and following manufacturers’ compliance rules.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of layout design principles

- Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus

- Knowledge of motion graphics and digital design trends

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position with a pay range of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, expecting 25-30 hours per week. The candidate must be based in Texas and able to work remotely, attending company meetings 4-6 times per year if needed. Good sense of humor, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to pivot between projects are required.
