Job Description

The Junior Digital Experience Designer will work with the Brand Design and UX team to create engaging brand and marketing assets and solutions. Responsibilities include creating brand and marketing materials across digital and literature, collaborating with key stakeholders, supporting the team in executing campaigns and projects, following brand guidelines, and continuously improving design standards.

Requirements

Applicants should have experience and skills in design and UX software, an understanding of user-centred design and design principles, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in virtual team environments, determination to succeed, and willingness to listen to feedback. Creative industry experience and teamwork skills are desirable but not essential. Ability to work from inception to production, maintain high design standards, and incorporate feedback into work is essential. Familiarity with UX principles and best practices, as well as the ability to share ideas at creative meetings, is also required.
