HELLO. I'M TOM CRASK An experienced and creative UX/UI designer. I have over fifteen years of experience in the UX/UI design industry. During this time, I have gained solid experience in producing and shaping a variety of digital products and services from conception through to delivery. I am proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite as well as HTML5 and CSS. I am also experienced in the use of Agile project methodology and user research techniques, including user interviews, journey mapping and A/B testing. Most recently, I have been working as a UX/UI Designer for Laithwaites Wine, where I was responsible for developing cross-platform, responsive wireframes, high fidelity mockups and user journeys based on user needs; utilising Figma, Adobe XD, and HTML. Here, I was involved in conducting user research and A/B testing, in order to gather consistent user behaviour data sets and highlight where our user journeys needed improvement. I under-took several competitive analyses of the websites of companies that operated in the same market space, in order to gain insights into industry standards and user patterns. The role called for a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to produce mockups and user journeys at pace. I worked collaboratively with stakeholders from the wider business to ensure that products and services meet client expectations and needs.
