Interior design of my fashion design business

Hi

I’m starting an Indian women’s fashion design/tailor shop and I need help to plan the layout of my shop.

Below is what I would need.

1. small reception near door
2. 1 high table for the cloth cutting master
3. 5 desks for tailors to sit
4. 1 ironing area
5. 1 changing room with mirrors all sides
6. 1 small office room near the tailors for me to sit and do the admin work !
7. cloth material display wall of customers
8. cloth material to sell - display area
9. 3 seater sofa for customers
10. Central partition wall - could be glass wall. Tailors will be behind the wall.

I want the shop to look spacious! There should be a partition between the customer area and the tailors.

I need to see how to front look would be interms of aesthetics. Some ideas include a shelf rack of several busts to display trending saree blouse designs of the season. This could be the decor for the partition wall made in glass.

Please let me know how much it will cost + when you can share the plan.
