2-4 musicians for public proposal

I am interested in hiring 2-4 Musicians for a public engagement proposal in down town Amman, Jordan. Duration of music needs to be 30 minutes to 1 hour. Musicians will need to be on time and be onsite at the location given and play publicly for the duration. I will propose during this time in front of her family. It will be a surprise proposal.
