Yopa is turning the world of estate agency upside down. So much so, we may end up giving estate agents a good name. We give customers wishing to sell their homes or buy a new one the full estate agency experience, but without the hassle and high costs usually associated with moving home. As our illustrator, you’ll help bring our vision to life across all touchpoints in time for our launch date. You’ll be located in our central London office and work under the supervision of the lead designer, producing a variety of illustrations to be used across the web (UI), social, and print mediums.

About the role

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident in leading an illustrative route for Yopa to further elevate the brand.
• Create a library of visual assets with a strong narrative to be used across a range of mediums.
• Have a versatile, clean approach and strong problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding for the people you are designing for.
• Create illustrations that communicate warmth and personality. (Examples we love include https://www.hioscar.com/ny and https://yourplanyourplanet.sustainability.google.)
• Contribute to Yopa’s evolving brand guidelines.

**About you **

The ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
• Strong illustrative skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and stick to tight schedules
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• A proactive and collaborative approach to their work
• The ability to lead projects from start to finish and produce high-quality creative concepts and designs in line with brand guidelines/ creative brief
• Excellent attention to detail and experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A responsible, creative and autonomous attitude
