Feature film: We Are Nothing

I am a filmmaker in search of a music composer for the feature film We Are Nothing being submitted to film festivals of 2019. I’m looking for a composer that absolutely loves telling stories through music creatively and follows their instincts. Music is a very important element to me when telling a story through film. The project is a feature length of an hour and 40 mins in length. It’s a character driven plot, indie. Here is a synopsis of the film.

When the devastating divorce of his parents rips his family apart, Alex Logan finds himself having to grow up quicker than anyone could have anticipated in order to take care of his ailing father who suffers from a debilitating disease. Alex seems to be heading toward a breaking point when he meets the rebellious quick-witted Samantha Queen. But, looks can be deceiving.

On the outside, it may seem like Samantha has the world in the palm of her hands, but her perfect family and their religious dogma is the cause of much discomfort in her life. To make matters worse, Samantha is also hiding a huge secret from her parents that is sure to change their lives and challenge their perceptions as well as their love. When their two universes collide what follows is a tale of kindred spirits taking on the world, the establishment, and our assumptions.
