Logline: Down on their luck work buddies, Kam and Adam, are on a routine
house call to fix a broken printer. Unbeknownst to them, they’ve stumbled into the wrong house and end up fixing a counterfeit money printer for the Chinese Triad.

Info on writers: Comedy writing duo, Marc Hawes & Kyle Horne, who share an ‘Odd Couple’ like friendship, were fortunate to sell their first feature length comedy in China, as well as option it in America for all other territories. Their financier & producer in America has agreed to fund a short film based on the characters from the feature. It will be used as a “proof of concept” stand alone short film for online / festivals as well as having the potential to become a series of shorts leading up to the feature.

Kyle and Marc studied acting at prestigious drama schools in England and have written and produced a handful of feature length and short films over the past few years. They have also acted in projects; from Universal Studio films to a reboot of one of England’s most famous shows. But they primarily enjoy eating crumpets, drinking tea (with pinkies out) and looking at busts of great Shakespearean actors, like Lord Laurence Olivier, who trod the floors of their schools before them, as they write bromantic comedies with just the right amount of pomp and crudeness.
