I am a registered psychotherapist in Toronto. I have a practice specializing in helping people lose weight in a way that is psychologically appropriate - and believe me, there is a lot of crappy diet, exercise and psychological information out there about weight loss. It explains why only 0.5% to 2% of all people who try to lose weight are able to maintain their weight loss.

However, the real difference in this podcast is not only do I provide real psychological information about weight loss, I am actually one of the few people who has managed to lose 120 lbs and keep it off for nearly seven years. Medical science considers what I have done nearly “impossible”. So the combination of valid psychological advice combined with real success in the area makes the podcast and its content very alluring.

My voice has been described as deep, sonorous, relaxing and very alluring. Moreover, I have very pointed opinions and am not afraid of sharing them. I have been described as incisively intellectual, with a quit wit that is disarming (if I like you) and scathing (if I don’t). Consider me Dr. Phil meets Bill Maher.
