4 illustrations of community scenes for posters

I work for Benefacto, a social enterprise the supports employees of firms with volunteering leave to use it in a meaningful and valuable way in the community. Every quarter we launch a campaign to help encourage people to sign up to volunteer. I am looking for illustrations for posters which will form the main part of the campaign.

The idea is to focus on ‘pillars of the community’ and I’d like an illustration of a community scene - a park, city centre etc - being ‘held up’ by a pillar which will then feature an individual who is supporting their community (charity workers, volunteers, CSR practitioners etc).

It is a relatively simple job and only requires 4 different illustrations for A4 posters.
