Vocal engineer plus mixer for song

Hello I am a 16 year old with a deep passion for music and am looking to put out a proper song done with vocals and everything and just have a go at making some good music

What I am looking for:
I’m mainly looking for a vocal engineer that can help me with vocal effects and maybe some mixing as well. Things such as autotune, adlibs effects to voice and such

I’m trying to take inspiration from a couple other artist one being a rapper name lil tecca and another being a man named iann dior for this track so if you had a listen to them that would be great too

The price is honestly negotiable but obviously the cheaper the better the main think however I am focusing on is the quality
