Logo Designer Needed!

My name is Chan Smith and I am in need of a creative to make a simplistic and cheerful logo of a project I am working on. The design of the logo would be a first draft and not the final design so $50 is around the amount I am looking to pay for this concept. The logo is needed to be simplistic for printing and great for web content as it will be a multipurpose use. I will need a simplistic design that is able to be guessed immediately if someone spots the logo. Someone who can catch a design that is playful and professional is highly appreciated.
