Introduction

Neovox, a Marketing based in Europe is looking to hire a Graphic Designer with video editing skills. Launched in April of 2019 we’re a small team currently catering to marketing needs of brands and public figures around the world. From working with Startups, to Billion $ brands through to launching projects internally - we’re active in a number of different areas of marketing & technology.

We value heart, dedication and passion for your craft more than education. You must however be experienced or exceptionally talented to be selected for this position. We’re looking for someone who has a burning desire to design and create - even outside of work. Please add the word Banana at the top of your cover letter. You’ll have creative freedom to design and implement ideas for client and internal projects.

Most of the work you’ll be doing will consist of videos and images that will be used for paid media platforms like Facebook and Google.

The successful applicant will be joining a young, driven and remote team working on setting a new gold standard for marketing. The only hard requirement in terms of skill level is that you must be fluent in English in order to be selected for this position.

This is a full time position ONLY.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Create videos and images for ad platforms like Facebook and Google
• Work with copywriters, ad managers, and marketing managers to produce creative assets
• Test graphics across different ad placements
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Test and implement new and unconventional ways of graphics and edits

Skills & Qualifications

• C2 level English
• Experience creating graphics and videos for Facebook Ads
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and Adobe XD image editing, image creation, graphic design and photoshop.
• 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
• Fast and stable internet connection
