MIXT seeks a freelance Associate Email Designer & Developer who can help us re-launch our Email Design System. Weâre looking for someone who approaches email design and development systematically, thinks mobile-first and has a strong understanding of best practices for email development. Youâll partner with in-house designers and a marketing team to develop a new set of email templates based on a pre-established brand identity. Then you will lead implementation of approved designs into flexible and usable code for MIXTâs new ESP.
Skills required
- Experience in graphic design, web design or related field
- Ability to code and edit responsive emails utilizing HTML/CSS
- Familiarity and experience working in an ESP
- Sketch and Photoshop expertise
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with the ESP, SendGrid
- Systems design experience
- Familiarity testing methods, mobile optimization best practices, and dynamic personalization
