Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is needed in Orlando, United States.

Seeking self-motivated freelance artist that is both Licensed and Insured for theme park related scenic work.

Must be familiar with a variety of different Scenic methods for example:

• Variety of fauxs
• Color matching
• Sculpting w/ variety of mediums (foam, clay, fiber glass, polygem, etc)
• Air brush
• Spraying
• Murals

And so forth…
Must be able to work with high-performance coating both spraying and brush & roll for example:

• Matthews
• Imron
• Amerlock 2
• PSX
• Polyaspartic etc…

Must be able to perform hardscape staining whether it’s with Smith Stains and or Acid Stains. Color matching is also very important as you will be asked from time to time to stain and blend patchwork of hardscape to existing areas.

Must be able to work with vinyl applications. You are not expected to be a full on graphic artist. However, you are at least expected to have the basic knowledge on how to apply Vinyl Vehicle Wraps/Signage/ and Vinyl Murals.

Must be able to work odd hours whether it be first, second or third shift. There are also times when you will be called on to travel so please expect search task to exist.

Must be able to operate construction High reach that varies from 60 feet to 80 feet.

You also need to have reliable transportation. A truck is preferred.

Note: If you have experience as a graphic artist this is also a plus.

Overall we are looking for a well established Scenic Artist that is willing to provide only scenic labor minus your personal overhead. This individual must also be very familiar with the fast-paced scenic industry and must also be very experienced as an entrepreneur. This is not a permanent position. As you will be called upon a job to job basis. Keep in mind we are a Scenic company that stays busy throughout the majority of the year. Your help will be needed.
