• Produce high level projects (Photo shoots, CGI Productions, Illustrations)
• Coordinate pre-production estimates, negotiations and purchases of art work
• Work closely with account, creative and technical teams to accurately scope projects, define the project parameters, schedules, and SOW’s
• Serve as the main client contact on projects, clearly communicate complex solutions and effectively manage client expectations
• Secure and foster partnerships with 3rd party content providers
• Manage the feedback and revision process to ensure quality is upheld and projects remain in scope
• Foster a productive atmosphere among team members that is conducive to creating superior creative and technical executions

Requirements

• Competent in leading and managing photoshoots, CGI, animation, video, and interactive projects
• Minimum 2 Years working at a digital agency, advertising agency, or marketing firm focused on digital
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgement and quick decision-making capabilities
• Ability to self-start, work well independently to source solution to daily obstacles, as well as collaborate favorably in a team environment
• Strong familiarity of creative applications (Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Openness
