Music Video Editor needed

The music video was shot and edited in Africa but I was not happy with the full edited product. It was low in quality and no effects. I want to give it ago with another music video editor for comparison. I have the shoot on a hard drive. It has a lot of scene/clips in it. I am looking for someone who can bring the clips/ scene together as one and also bring out the beauty of the shoot. Add some effect to it, sharpen the color when needed. I am looking for quality work. I want someone creative too. I want it to look professional if possible. I am looking for someone that can add the music to the video. The music video was made for a music label company so i am looking for someone who would have no claims or right to the music video editing. I want the video as long as the song which is 3 mins. Most importantly, i also want someone who can open a red camera video file.
