Remove Static from Audio

I have two .MOV files of the same activity, but from different angles.
Both videos are 3 1/2 minutes.
Both include audio, recording the same person speaking.
Video one, has the primary audio from a lav mic but has occasional sharp static.
Video two, is just the onboard mic for the camera, the audio has light background noise of traffic and birds, but no static.
I need a clean master track so that it is nice and clear, easy to understand.
