Video editor for entertainment blog

Hello! I am an entertainer and blogger looking for a video editor who can help me take my production abilities to a new level. I need someone who is capable of editing short blogs (2 minutes to 15 minutes). Right now I’m spending too much time editing. It would be great to have someone that I can give access to all my footage and have that person be able to edit the final product into the vision I have in mind.

These clips will be used on my Websites, Youtube, Facebook, & Social media. They will have a variety of purposes, and we have a variety of segments that will be produced.

Required skills:

• Video editing
• Follows directions well
• Asks questions and good at listening
• Works in a timely manner
• Good at staying organized with projects and files
• Must have a clear style of editing that is more cinematic and vlogger, vs. clean-cut corporate style

While basic video editing skills are essential, I will take into consideration someone who has other video manipulation skills such as:

• Digital Animation
• Special effects
• Deep Fake creation

Due to the fact that I personally edit in Final Cut Pro, I would prefer if the person I hire editings in that program as well. Or, has a method of sending over partially edited projects that can be uploaded into Final Cut for me to add touch-ups.

This will be a long term project with available work and hours varying depending on what I have on my plate. Some weeks could have 5 videos, some could have 0.
