2D animator for 4 minute music video

Hello, I am an independent musician looking for a 2D animator for a 4 minute music video. I am not looking for high fidelity animation, think more like king of the hill or family guy style. I am working up a story board for the video and am most concerned with the ability to tell the story. I am not in a huge rush to get it done so timing is not a big priority. I would like done in about a month or 6 weeks from the the start. Working remotely is fine of course but I would like someone who is a good communicator and send rough pieces as it is created for consult. Thanks!!!
