Graphic Designer is needed in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We are looking to hire creative candidates to fill in the position of Sr. Graphic Designer.

Job Responsibilities Includes:
Participate in the designing and redesigning of Graphics, Artworks & Media for the Company / Group
o Whereas the word “Graphic” means – Corporate Identity, Project Logos, Marketing Material, Social Media Designs including platforms like Facebook and Instagram posts, Website pages and artworks, illustrations, advertisements (print & animated), brochures and other forms of visual communication including Company Profiles,
o Whereas the word “MEDIA” means – 3Ds of a project, 3D illustrations, Project Launch Materials, Logo Variations

• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out Concept and established specifications of the Project
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
• Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
• Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget
• Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs
• Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants
• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
• Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project
• Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets
• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill
• Ensuring Design theme is followed by the entire Company by developing a Design book for corporate communication

Ideal Candidate would be:

• Creative individual with proven skills and expertise at previous workplaces
• Graduated from the leading arts college and with a degree in arts and design
