Old School mickey mouse / Ghost mane type video animator

I am the director of Marketing for Frontier Fiesta at the University of Houston. We are looking to create a professional quality cartoon/ irl video to generate hype for our upcoming event(Frontier Fiesta). We want to use this video as a commercial in a sense and have it play on the screen during football and basketball games.

Our event got canceled last minute last year due to concerns over COVID-19. We want the premise of the video to be summed up as we’re back and better than ever.

Our theme is year is Fiesta Forever After and we are taking a retro/ old timey cartoon theme with our marketing plan.

As we our sponsored by the University of Houston any animator will have to first be cleared and given access as a UH vendor which can take up to 3 weeks.
