3D animator needed for a video game development project

3D Animator is needed in Melbourne, Australia.

Job includes 3d model rigging (humanoid), and animating sets of movements for each rigged characters. The amount of characters in need to be rigged and animated right now is 2 (each character needs 3 to 4 animation clip), but as our project proceeds into later stages, our demand will grow up to hundreds of unique animation sets.

We are an indie game developer team based in Melbourne that consists of programmers and 3D artist, and we are in need of a long-term animator to work together on a freelancing capacity, and would love to have our animator be also in Victoria, so that we can meet up and discuss the creative decisions in person.

We are developing a Chinese Three Kingdom based strategy game, and the graphics, sounds, and animation style and genre should be referenced to Chinese classical opera.
