Job Description:

We are looking for a Video Podcast Producer in Atlanta with lots of connections within the city who will assist in bringing in guests to our show on a weekly basis. Work with a dedicated team to strategize, plan, and execute marketing efforts to grow the audience, awareness, and revenue for the podcast and dating app in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
• Lead the promotion of the podcasts shows.
• A podcast producer needs to look for guests or influencers who can share their expertise or experiences based on the episode’s topic. He/she needs to find interesting people that will help to increase the number of podcast followers. Aside from that, booking and scheduling is also part of the job.
• Develop new and innovative strategies to engage the audience, build up fan communities across platforms and raise awareness of the podcast channel.
• Collaborate with the Podcast Marketing team to develop a paid strategy to support growth benchmarks.
• Improve the podcast channel’s performance by monitoring, evaluation, and providing recommendations.
• Support the development and production of live podcasts.

• Ability to recruit local guests weekly to record video podcasts
• The ability to collaborate and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
