Photographer/Videographer required thrice a month for Hotel

Videographer is needed in Muscat, Oman.

Client: Hotel located in Muscat

Project Overview:
Our client, a prestigious hotel based in Muscat, is seeking professional photography and videography services for their three outlets on a recurring basis. The client aims to showcase the ambiance, culinary offerings, and overall experience provided at these outlets. The project requires coverage three times a month.

Scope of Work:
The selected videographer/photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals that effectively showcase the hotel’s outlets.

The scope of work includes:

• Photography/Videography:
  Create visually stunning images and/or videos that highlight the following aspects of each outlet:
• Interior and exterior shots to capture the ambiance.
• Food and beverage photography/videography to showcase the menu.
• Staff interactions and customer experiences.
• Special events and promotions when applicable.
• Editing: Edit and retouch photos/videos to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Delivery: Provide the client with the edited photos and videos in digital format within a specified timeframe.

Frequency:
The services are required three times a month, with specific dates and times to be coordinated with the client.

Location: Muscat, Oman

Timeline:
The project is expected to commence in November 2023. The client will specify the exact dates for each month’s photography/videography sessions.

Submission Requirements:
Proposals should include the following:

• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Detailed breakdown of fees and expenses.
• Estimated delivery timeline for edited photos/videos.

Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Quality and creativity of past work.
• Experience in similar projects.
• Proposed fees and expenses.
• Ability to meet the client’s requirements and deadlines.

Selection Process:
The client will review the proposals and may conduct interviews or request additional information from shortlisted candidates. The final selection will be based on the proposal’s alignment with the client’s vision and budget.

Note: The client reserves the right to modify the project scope, budget, or timeline as necessary. The selected videographer/photographer will be expected to sign a formal agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the project.
