We’re seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Marketing Director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Assistance: Provide support in overseeing various projects including social media management, content creation, blog maintenance, presentations, and sales support.
• Coordination with Third Parties: Ensure efficient communication and coordination with multiple third-party organizations and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Marketing Activities Involvement: Actively involve and support various marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation, data analysis, and strategy development, to enhance the marketing department’s initiatives and facilitate the Marketing Director’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a marketing department.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
