AI Trainer for German

Our company, Outlier.AI, is actively seeking a talented and native German writer, editor, copyeditor, translator or proofreader for an ongoing project undertaken by our company. The role involves working remotely, with flexible hours, to contribute to a variety of projects that train generative AI models to become better writers. The assignments might involve ranking responses generated by AI models, penning short stories based on provided topics, or fact-checking outputs from AI models. The ideal candidate will have solid writing and editing skills in the German language and a fundamental understanding of how to train AI models using expert feedback. We are prepared to offer a rate of $25 per hour for this long-term role, with additional referral and incentive bonuses along the way.
