Casting Director is needed in United Arab Emirates.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Casting Director for our upcoming feature film, “The Rest Room,” a gripping drama set in Dubai. The Casting Director will work closely with the Director and Producer to identify and secure the perfect talent for each role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and requirements for each character
• Develop and implement a comprehensive casting strategy to find the best actors for the project
• Conduct casting sessions, auditions, and callbacks to assess the suitability of actors
• Provide guidance and feedback to actors during the audition process
• Negotiate contracts and deals with agents and actors
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient casting process

• Extensive knowledge of the acting community and talent agencies
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
