Secret kids show animation

I am seeking a mid-level 3D animator for a personal long-term project. This work involves the development of a secret kids show, where the desired style of animation is akin to Pixar, Dave and Ava, and Cocomelon. This is an ongoing project and there is no specific deadline for delivery, so I am primarily in the research and planning stage of hiring. The budget for this project is set at $500. The expert will be working remotely, therefore location is not a constraint. The work experience level I am looking for is industry average (ranging from $35-75). Please note that this is a personal project and I work for myself.
