Job Description

As an AI Consultant at Bridgepointe, you will be responsible for advising clients on effective AI strategies and implementations to help them achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 6 years of experience in AI consulting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, C++, and R
• Experience with AI technologies, algorithms, and practical applications
• Strong track record of providing strategic AI guidance to clients
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions
• Relevant AI certifications like Certified AI Consultant (CAIC)
• Familiarity with hyperscaler AI solutions and CX vendors
• Understanding of natural language processing methodologies, especially in the context of chatbots and deep learning
• Proven experience in assessing client needs and delivering successful AI projects
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills to address AI-related challenges for clients

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work, and Travel

This is a full-time virtual position with flexibility in working hours. The employee must be available during the “core” client work hours, with availability outside of standard business hours if needed. Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be expected for training and team meetings.
