Willow - paid student short film

Actor is needed in Singapore.

We are a group of Year 3 film students from Temasek Poly currently embarking on our Final Year Project titled, “Willow (柳)”. It’s a student-level project, particularly centered around acting. Our project’s narrative revolves around a middle-aged writer rediscovering his roots and language through his non-verbal mother. The plot delves into themes of personal fears and familial bonds. We are actively seeking individuals of Chinese descent and speech to fill the following roles:

The project is based in Singapore and will be an ongoing work for more than a week. We have a budget of $1000 for this project and are prepared for a paid hire, aiming for an industry average remuneration at the mid-level range of $35 to $75. We are interested in a mid-level experienced actor or actress with the required skills and requires them to be on location for the whole project. The application time frame is from the 9th to the 17th of May, with the tentative shooting dates scheduled from the 25th to the 30th of May.
